- She is CC immune while casting her 3, but reduced the movement speed from 20-40% when amped to 0-25% when amped. (this is the most important one) - her 2 charges in .75s instead of 1s - she gets 3 instead of 2% tide on hitting basics - apparently her ult got firing timing and general feels bonuses(idk what this means but thats what it says)

I think duality could be good if it worked like hydras, so after an ability itd proc on an auto, or on every auto for a certain time after an ability and give it a cd. One of the two
