Learned a good deal from this video. Tried this build out in a casual game and went 20-4. Bastet was my very first main so its nice to still learn and try new things.

The reason Smite players don't understand that the ADC is supposed to farm is because your average Smite player thinks the game is Team Deathmatch instead of being a Moba, and the ADC hasn't been "helping".

Had that today in jungle I was 8/4 rest of team had 2 kills and 16 deaths between them and the support who was level 12 at the 26 minute mark blamed me for doing nothing and only farming 🤣

I don't get it either. Team will continue to take bad fights when behind and then freak out when I'm split pushing tier 2/phoenix and am 3 levels ahead of the rest of the team. I think most people genuinely can't understand how important getting items is. If you're playing from behind the best thing you can do is try to steal objectives and farm, but contesting anything is just a death sentence. Been the worst thing I've had to deal with since the Smite 2 announcement brought out the people that quit a while ago. It hurts so much to watch a ranked game completely slip because your mid or support can't stop trying to fight with a 8k+ gold deficit.

@@Hamieeethis kills me. I main adc but I'm a closet support. It's wild how many people have no concept of match ups and the significance of it in the first 5-10 minutes. Lol. Hate seeing supps initiating when there's literally no KP or trade value 🤦🏼‍♂️

8:47 I have to say, Weak3n was correct when he previously said in the Loki Bastet matchup it depends who goes in first for the 1v1 winner. But in my personal opinion if both have everything up… Loki wins the 1v1 more often, and that was showcased here I think 2 or 3 times with a solo or winning trades(I’m the Loki btw)

For the keybinding thing, PBM switched his keybinding to be left shit, q, e, and spacebar for is 1, 2, 3, and 4 before the last season. He figured it was more optimal to have less hand movement. He won worlds so I guess it worked.

I use left shift for my 3 and left control for my ult. I use a 60% keyboard, so I don't have to hold the function button and hit a number to level up my abilities. I can just level them with the numbers, and have my abilities on my mouse and left shift and ctrl

Noticed the le fey didnt complete their doom orb right away. Had a mid that did that yesterday. Why are people doing that? Its 115 power with full stacks and flat pen.

Eset, nox, khepri, etc all aren't "engage" supports. They don't do the best at diving into the action and disrupting the enemy.

And with the total player base being like 2k people anymore, being top 100 is a lot less flashy than in league who has ungodly amounts of players. Like you wouldn't care about being top 100 out of a group of 105 people. That's not even an achievement. The less people in the pool the less any kind of achievement actually matters.

I use shift,E and q as abilities cuz I used to play overwatch b4 I got into smite so it felt more comfortable that way. And I use regular 1234 to upgrade instead of f1,f2,etc Probably the same reason alpha and others do it too
