90+% of all monsters are going to have at least 50% of your attack which is only 1356. Most monsters have 650-750 attack by default which means they only need +706-707 attack to stop you from critting and they're going to have that (one attack rune + roughly another 15-20% in attack subs w/ the +160 you get from slot 1) so in this instance, you're forced to bring either an atk breaker and or an atk buffer to actually crit which is a huge loss. For instance, you're going to need a speed lead, an atk buffer and or an atk breaker, a stripper (you can be resisted here), a defense breaker (you can be resisted here), and preferably an atk bar booster (you can be resisted here). It's a ton of setup just to make zaiross work and is quite prone to failure since you have multiple elements of RNG that pretty much all need to succeed.

Fire cyborg has an irresistible defense break if their attack is lower, so when you pair it with an attack buffer, like his water pure vanilla, it makes the team and the debuff more consistent than Galleon. Plus, she makes a great cleanup unit since you're building her for a ton of attack anyways.
