SOUTH AMERICA CRUISE: Pisco, Peru

Continuing on our South American cruise adventure, we stop in Pisco and Paracas, Peru! BY FAR my favorite stop of the whole cruise! I had so much fun here! We went to the Tambo Colorado Ruins, saw wild flamingos, stopped to get some locally grown fruit, and then had a wild ride at the sand dunes. It had forgotten how wild dune buggying can be! We even saw the Candelabra Nazca Line on our way out! So much fun!

thank you! I appreciate that! I was actually going to go to Bali in May of this year when COVID hit and I had to cancel my plans. Someday!

Loved your video. How did you book your tour guide. We are cruising there in December.

we booked online via Emotion Tour Peru (shown at the beginning of the video). we booked 2 separate tours (the ruins and the dune buggy) and they took care of transport to and from the ship. I highly recommend to do it through them rather than through the ship, bc we didn't have to wait for everyone on the ship who was going, we had enough time to do both tours rather than just one, and it felt like such a personalized experience! Hope you're able to go and make some amazing memories of your own!
