I just came across your podcast not too long. This is the first episode I listened to as I was searching for something to motivate me. Your message was so thought provoking. I liked how you tied everything by using those powerful quotes. Wishing you all the best!

I have recently found one way of focusing. I used to do my mailouts 1 piece of mail at a time! So time consuming! So, I start printing out the 50 letters, then adding them to the Item of value and attach my buisness card, Fold each of them then stuff the envelopes, Add my return address lables and stamp. It went so much qiucker! A little over an hour! Then all I did was have to address and drop in the mail. This way my mailouts stay on target for every day. Also, I keep my office door closed and locked for this time period. My next goal is the keeping up with my notes, again I keep some prewritten, working in my phone calls is the most difficult. They've gotten easier as the Item of value or Pop-by is my subject of my call. I'm a long time agent and production because of COVID and that I subscribed to the 100 days of Greatness! Been a terrific boost! Brian is the BEST motivator!

Classic case of over generalizing, and Spending too much time on defining the obvious problem...and not offering an effective solution. Everyone knows the "what" Brian. What people need, is an effective solution that solves the problem. Perminantly. "Power hour" is a form of creative procrastination. Something that makes you "feel" productive when in reality what you should be doing, is making prospecting calls. Your instruction on how to avoid distraction is actually ADDING distraction.
