I love how nanjo, Ayase, and even brown when you have him on your team, don't actually care all that much about the guys being tortured and just wanna kick michiko's ass.

How?
@milesedgeworth36672 жыл бұрын
The act of going for the mirror shard instead of the boss itself doesn't power them up, Nemesis/Michiko's Goal is for you to be slow to reach them, time is what powers them up

so I really do want to properly play this game especially the snow queen quest cause yukino is great. but I always have trouble because apparently to get the best ending you have to start with the hardest tower. but what's the best method to grind so you can get through the game.
@BuffMaister7 жыл бұрын
Don't need to do the hardest tower for the best ending. By completing the first hardest tower grants you the items to get the final form of the main Personas of everyone instead of a few. To get the best ending you need to gather an x amount of Mirror Shards to trigger this. But to get around with the grind. Playing on the emulator. Increase FPS which makes the grind a lot easier and less time consuming as everything is double speed or more. Using save state with the Bingo for the jackpot to get the coins to buy the powerful skill cards to get through the hardest tower. Save state a lot so you don't have to repeat climbing the tower.

How do Persona stats work in this game?
@optimaltt6070 Жыл бұрын
Strength is for physical attacks. Vitality is for physical resistance and HP increase. Dexterity is a combination of defense(in general) as well as evasion(one of two stats to do so) as well as the chance for you to hit with virtually anything(as opposed to missing). Agility is a stat that also affects survivability to a limited extent, but primarily determines how often your turn comes along, allowing you to act more often(which is important). Luck is the most nebulous of the bunch, but primarily affects critical rates and modifies other stats somehow(it can't hurt to have more of it). In case why you're wondering why this explanation is vague and bad, it's because the system it's based off is as well. So there. In short: You want Strength for those who hit shit with melee, and Dexterity for those who don't. Otherwise, do whatever as long as some combination of agility and luck(with a high emphasis on agility) is involved. For example, if a character uses magic as their main form of offense/support, give them a stat spread focusing on dexterity, agility and luck.

I might as well try to help and explain it in...some detail. Strength: It increases the damage you deal with your basic weapon and physical Persona skills. Vitality: It increases Defence, and sadly this is the only Persona game that doesn't increase HP with Vitality for...whatever reason. Dexterity: It increases the hit rate of both weapons, the damage of guns and your defence for...whatever reason. Agility: It increases evasion rate and has a small effect on the order in which the party members attack in battle. Luck: It increases your hit rate, makes status effect more likely to hit and influences the quality of item drops from enemies. Sadly, the only way to increase HP and SP outside of leveling up is through their respective incenses.

Why are the bosses so easy in p1
@PoffyPrime Жыл бұрын
Because he’s in ng+
@Not_Alanius Жыл бұрын
News: Persona 1 on PSP has no NG+ feature, the only function of saving after the final boss is to reload to right before it and access new content in the Mikage Ruins in the SEBEC route. It's most likely that Buffmeister played the game with the Max Ambrosia route in mind, which means starting with the Thanatos Tower and going down from there to Nemesis and finally Hypnos. Doing the towers in reverse order allows the maximum amount of 5 to be obtained. But to be fair, there are few legitimately hard bosses in the game, and the few that are are either the Final Boss, are optional and actively detriment the player for doing them or are locked behind the post Final Boss Mikage Ruins content.

you actually get LESS mirror shards if you go after the one she offers you at that part.

I'm guessing what he means is if you leave them to get tortured, they don't give you two shards when you get back to school.
