If Spike had been with Buffy in the first season instead of Angel, he would have taken her, Joyce, and Dawn and drove them in his DeSoto straight out of Sunnydale away from the hellmouth. Spike wouldn't look back at that town, he would have protected all of them too no matter what.

The writers could of given us a daughter through Spike and Buffy, a child with his blue eyes and her green eyes, a hybrid slayer with their strengths and none of their weaknesses, that would of been epic storytelling and it would've boosted the show even higher, if only Joss had done that.😢
