Yeah but always a developer who builds real estate they could always rebuild sunnydale you know that right that could be a great story to revive Buffy.. After all it was never confirmed if the hell mouth was completely closed when spike made his sacrifice even though spike did not die he came back on angel. Just because it was destroyed does not mean that the first was truly defeated.. Of course we will never see something like that in the future because Disney refuses to bring back Buffy even though Disney owns the rights to Buffy.

Do not remake 90’s series. The reboots always suck. There are no more slayers, willow released Buffy’s power to the world. Sunnydale was destroyed. Anya, Cordelia, OZ were all killed. Angel left after 3rd season of Buffy and probably died with Spike in series finale of Angel. The AI doesn’t look anything like the original characters. Even Angel’s son died in Angel.
