Hope you feel better soon! The video is still super helpful and easy to understand regardless. Seems like the various defensive options are a little bit more complex in this game compared to Paper Mario, but also more rewarding at the same time if you know how to use them.

Quick Question the permanent stat boosting berries I know feed all HP and DEFENSE up berries to Kabu but the Attack Up berries who should get those cause I've never been able to find out who to give those to Leif gets Super effective damage on almost all enemies while Vi doesn't get that luxury so I've people just boosting her Attack up to make up the difference but still who should get the Attack berries?

By the time you get the super peppers, Leif eclipses Vi's power and you should have plenty of TP. So I'd say him.

While sure you can always convert medal points to tp with the tp medals meaning that you can always retroactively choose to get the tp you would have gotten if you haven’t chosen medal points ( unlike hp which the medals for that spread the hp out which can be valuable vs area of affect attacks where as the hp medals helps kabbu tank large single target) it’s not like you are gonna run out of good uses for the medal points and thus tp is your only use for them. There is an absolute ton of valuable uses for medal points. Are you referring to the tp you’d get from items in battles? Well relying on items can force you to make some difficult decisions especially with status affect builds because on one hand you’ll probably need queens dinners at that point for tp and their status removal property is actively negative. Cherry pie helps some as well and is ideal for poison setups as a form of healing but it doesn’t even restore enough tp for another full turn. It’s also worth noting that where as lief not only is a good damager he’s also an excellent support with bubble shield. Vi really sucks at supporting so you kinda have a dead party member if she isn’t attacking
