I enjoyed your series. If I’m not mistaken the Best By dates are not expiration dates. They put those on the cans so you will throw them away and go purchase more. The World Food Organization is already trying to address this because people throw away good food because of those dates. The date is a guarantee that you will get 100% of the nutritional value on the label. Seriously, check it out.
