What I like to do is use old surplus stuff especially the German mess kit light easy to pack and you can pack stuff in it when it’s packed.tweezers you are missing for shrapnel or splinters. If you are creative it will help you last longer than others. What I do is fancy is I get a 50 or 30 mm aluminum bullet case and pack gun powder or seasoning for your food. If you want to make artificial pizza you want veana sausage and carni asada seasoning with some pineapple and some meat or bread and it tastes pretty good. Another thing for hitting harder is knuckle dusters if you ever need to break a few things out in situations.

I figure everyone will have different variants based on when they buy and how long they've been doing this. The key is to test it out in a real situation. My first camping pack was miserable back when I was young and over the years I've ended up with what I have now. My collapsible bow saw went missing :). The handgun I want(and can afford) is banned as an assault rifle :(. Clown world.

@@WhyteHorse2023 they are not banned people still have them and once the idiots in office get out I get they will have armalites and semis.

Bahaahahaahhahaa! Funniest ending. Butane is the worst choice, the most flammable of all gases. Don’t quit yer day job.

You might review your math lol your off by at least 10lbs on the dry pack weight, and you also saw why you shouldnt just throw stuff randomly into a pack. Also I would recommend waterproofing your clothes, sleeping bag, and sensitive items because that pack cover won't keep everything dry. Good start but looks like it could use some refining, when things like this are necessary its not going to be just another camp out.....

Great catch there. Just add 10lbs to the number and put the fuel tank in the sleeping bag. Ironically I'd been doing it wrong for decades and just now it punctures. SMH.

Sounds about right. I forgot a couple things in my pack but realized after the video. A folding saw is nice to have or a pocket chainsaw. I've also been migrating away from kits into more permanent things I can reload because I do use these camping as well.
