The only thing i'm curious about is where you got that Ej22 T? Around here in the north bay - I can usually find a Jdm one and take my chance, or go with a rebuilt one. What's your take? I'd be using mine as a daily driver.

I'd go JDM any day - great value and they're usually really good quality. My block has a ton of miles but I had the heads rebuilt - we'll see how long the rings last.
