Alright guys I have some stats! I own one of these. I weigh about 217lbs fully clothed. I can easily get to the 18.5mph on flat surfaces, and downhill it can hit 20mph. The motor will actually "brake" and slow you down if you go too fast down a hill. As far as power, this thing has a "600 watt max" motor but it really only runs at around 360 watts . This makes sense because the battery is 36 volt 10Ah. Anyway, I did some hill tests. If I go up a 4.5 degree hill (about 7% grade), this scooter can maintain my speed at about 9mph. If you do that math, that comes about to around 320watts or so continuous. It *cannot* take me up a 7 degree hill (12% grade). I have to kick-help it to do that. I did a range test yesterday, with mixed riding of hills and straights (quite a few hills actually) and I got to 11.4 miles and then the scooter shut down from low battery. I'm convinced if I would have just turned it off and walked up the hills I would have probably gotten 14 or so miles distance. I forced it to pull me up the hills to see what it could handle. Personally I'm happy with it , I've never owned a e-scooter before and I feel like it's fun as hell to ride and still slow enough to be safe. And to me 11 miles is a pretty damn good distance, I mean I was standing on this thing for like 45 minutes, by the end of the ride my feet were tired. Nobody is going to want to ride a scooter for 24 miles! It still takes too long to charge IMO. The charger pull 75Watts from the wall when the scooter is down at 1 to 2 bars battery left. This means it would take like 5 hours to fully charge (360Watt hour battery / 75 watts) . That really sucks, I really want manufactures to allow "1C" charging! Let it charge at 10 amps. This would let it charge in one hour flat. Almost all lithium batteries allow 1C charge rate. The charger is 42 volts that means its running at only 1.78 amps or something. That's very slow - like less than .2C, I mean, come on! You should be able to charge this battery at *least* at .5C. Which would push charge time down to 1.7 hours instead of 5.

Well, weight is a variable, the mode you have it set in is a variable, the battery percentage, and how steep the hill is, I mean for a scooter that is 1hp it's not gonna accelerate fast up-hill

All these people talking about it being a fake bugatti made in China and all that. I liked the styling and just bought one to have fun with and maybe take to get some groceries once in awhile. Hopefully I'll like mine, if not I'll return it. I don't mind paying few hundred extra for a nicely detailed piece with the bugatti name.
