basically I had the random urge to create a silly rudimentary "video format" of sorts, intended for very low resolution, color depth, and audio depth (in this case 240x180, 64 colors, 8 bit 8khz audio). it essentially uses run-length encoding for each frame while only storing pixels that are different between frames, along with audio data interleaved between frames. then for fun I made it so that pressing the left/right arrow keys in the player would add/subtract 100,000 to the pointer to the byte that the player is currently interpreting. this video is pretty much just footage of me messing with that
