I had the honor and pleasure of marching in the Vagabonds with Billy and Walter. Even after all these years, I remember Billy, his wacky sense of humor and fantastic ability to hit those super high notes!!! Semper Fi Billy, now I'm a proud U.S. Marine Mom myself!
