Most of these restaurant owners are Fujianese, from the province of Fujian. They own not just Fujianese or Chinese restaurants, but also other Asian restaurants as well, such as Japanese, Korean, or Thai. Basically most of the Asian restaurants in US and Canada are owned by Fujianese. As a fellow Chinese person, I must admit that my Fujian compatriots are hard-working, like they can work 17 to 18 hours a day, which few to no Chinese from other provinces can compare. However they only care about profit, they don't really care about the quality of the foods they serve or the well-being of their customers and employees.

I worked free for a friend who had a restaurant..there are no excuses for this behaviour.. It's all about greed and not care about cleanliness.. I saw it all. Her restaurant is closed now because she didn't care and greed ultimately fails you sir.

I have a relative who do these inspections near east Los Angeles and was told that about 70-80% of all "small" business restaurants have about on average 10 to 20 write ups on first visit. Crazy! Most are easily remedied on next inspection. He says its fairly rare for repeat cases. Most need to stay open so they take it seriously.

What a shame to have such dirty establishments! I know during the pandemic everyone was encouraged to support local restaurants but cooking at home has always been the way to go! Even before the pandemic! Plus now trying to eat out costs too much anyways! If you don’t know how to cook it’s easy to learn!

Picking on Chinese ??? Please stop it I’ve seen many other race (blk,white,Asian,Hispanic,etc.) get in trouble with the health department. It’s all about keeping your place clean and letting people know what place to trust to go to and not. You have to go by health laws or they will shut your place down.

How do you run out of hot water in a desert...
@MrJuvefrank
@MrJuvefrank Жыл бұрын
In the spring and summer, there are parts of the day where Las Vegas is like a desert; it's hotter and dryer than people who don't live in the desert imagine, but in December and January, it's freezing in Las Vegas. It even snowed there in 2022.
@Todd.T
@Todd.T Жыл бұрын
@@MrJuvefrank Deserts and Oklahoma are like that. In OKC in October/November you can be totally freezing on Monday and roasting on Saturday or very hot at 9AM and need a jacket by 4PM. I've spent many years visiting LV/Henderson/Scottsdale/Phoenix. We almost always get nosebleeds from the dry heat, which is deceiving because it doesn't feel or burn anywhere as bad as humid heat. I'm in Canada and it was -11F yesterday. Sometimes it's too cold to snow. In the summer it can go up to 96f and humid. You can't breathe and can burn very fast. I've got pics of 101F in P1 parking in Scottsdale and 110F outside. The worst ever for me was 98F and humid in Mohnton PA. Everything and everybody burnt. We were at Maple Grove Raceway and stood under the bleachers and looked between the seat slats to watch the cars go by. Second worst was a five hour float on the Salt River at 100F+, but it was still way preferable to humid heat.
