@@forestissleepy snaxsquatch is in certain areas at night, until sunrise (so you can sleep until 5pm, midnight, or 5am and run into it). Flavor Falls, Garden Grove, Simmering Springs, Scorched Gorger, Sugarpine Woods, and Frosted Peaks. GG, SG, and FP are the easiest to scan since it appears close by the sleeping areas there. You can also scan it in the Undersnax, and it makes a cameo during the ghost stories event if you turn around while the other grumpuses are talking (but you can't scan it then, it's just there to be spooky)

For the snaxsquatcg you can either stumble upon it randomly, use the finale or farm encounters at scorched Gourge by constantly sleeping and looking towards the windmills with the camera (that’s how I did it)

Notice how literally the first thing that you see upon waking up after being knocked out from the fall at the beginning is a strabby. I guarantee you that if the player was knocked out for any longer that strabby would've gone down the player's throat as is what they forcefully do. In case you guys were wondering, the bad ending only happens if you don't do the side quests at the end to help the town defeat the bugsnax. Each character slowly dissolves into bugsnax while repenting why they are a failure and must become one with the snax. Filbomeets you on the balloon and gets depressed when he sees that literally everyone died, but Eggabelle and Lizbert still stop the the bosses from attacking you at the end, which is honestly even sadder. Filbo still makes it and asks to come live with you, you cannot kill him and you cannot make him leave or tell him no even after killing his friends lol

the thing to note is despite completng their quests seeingly endng with them being depressed, the beach scene gives them a moment of closure. The reason is that by doing all their quests you make them realise the root of their problems and issues and make them face hwo Bugsnax won't magically fix their problems, which also helps them fight off the control of the Bugsnax as with them realising these things the bugsnax have no weaknesses to exploit. By doing their quests and making them sad, you make them face reality and not just hide behind the bugsnax, allowing them to face the future stronger and more ready to change for the better.

@@Tinlion09 I think this game is so weird. It's supposedly for children and give them lessons like "you're what you eat" and I guess it promotes veganism too. It also has non toxic LGBT relationships. But it also needs you to do some very questionable things in order to progress on. You need to spy on everyone to get the good ending, you need to feed a vegan live animals while he sleepkwalks (so he thinks he can't control himself and may eat his pets, his only family) for an achievement. I guess feeding others Bugsnagx is part of the main plot but I don't think most children would like feeding cute live critters to others.
