Mail sent by me recently to CMF; I am using a Vivo Y12. My mobile supports LDAC and 5 additional Hi-Res audio codecs. When I turn on special audio, only the volume increases. In Ultra Bass, there are 5 modes, but changing them doesn't make any difference. Ambulance & beep sounds are heard clearly as if the sound is coming through a pipe, whether from outside or while listening to audio. The ANC turns off and then turns back on after a short time. Sometimes, there are connectivity issues as well. Another major issue is that I work in a noisy environment, and the passive noise cancellation is not good at all. I have already tried changing the ear tips, but it didn't help. When ANC is turned on, outside noise only reduces a little. In highly noisy environments, ANC seems to do the opposite of what it's supposed outside noise gets transmitted directly to my ears.

Don't Buy I purchased during the Big Billion Days sale, and they sent me a used or refurbished product. When I first connected the CMF Buds Pro 2 with the CMF app, it showed the name of a previous user. You can't return or replace it either. The sound quality is also poor.
