Emeli sande and professor green "read all about it". This song made them both hit the mainstream charts and breakthrough. Was wrote together but Emeli had her own version and prof green version on her debut album. They both blew up from this.

I'm from a nice area called Deal near Dover, that's the main and closest port to France. Lots coming in from Europe. We get everything before it goes to London to be ***. It's a nice area so property is being brought by the London rich as holiday homes, so driving up property prices for the people that have lived here all their lives so if you don't own property you've fucked and your next generation is too. Now we have a million pound properties 3 mins from council estates that are relying on food banks to feed their families. I've had a few friends murdered in different ways, friends commit suicide, overdose, drink drive and crashed killing themselves and crippling their surviving friends. Struggle is struggle and this song is a representative of growing up poor or working class. No matter where you are in the country, you can sadly relate.
