I think its better for you to buy a home rather than paying rent na $2,500 kasi your morgage would be same monthly thats my opinion

Ang tawag po doon sa phone ay phone carrier po like verizon, t mobile etc:). Usually po sa OC ay mas mahal po ang bilihin. Sa Car Insurance po namin for 2 cars po ay nasa $2,500 po binabayad namin per year. True po depende po kung bago model po ung car mas mahal po ang insurance.
