Pilot View Productions Just changed my filter with the video. Only thing I’d add is that if you don’t have a pizza box you can use the cardboard from the box of the new filter to catch the debris. Thanks again.

Thanks for the info! I have a Buick Encore 2014. I want to know my vehicle in order to have it working well! Also to not be full by mechanics because I am a female and some mechanics take advantage of this. I repeat, Some of them. There are great mechanics out there that won’t take advantage.

what is that white (mine is dirty and somewhat black) pad on the back of the glovebox? and how do I clean it? vacuuming it failed.

Good question. It shouldn't be related to an air intake as the cabin filter airflow is from a different location. Bottom line: I am unfamiliar with it's purpose, however; I suspect it can be cleaned with a soap water solution and gently scrubbed with a brush and left out to air dry.

Good old GM! Make something simple so complicated it just pisses people off. My Camry is much better engineered then this Buick. Reason I watched this is I am changing the CAF in my daughters car. Very good video.

Funny you think the Encore is a Buick. Designed by Opel which was sold to Puegot. My Encore was built in Korea. I will never buy another GM vehicle.
