I have a 2013 Buick Regal GS Turbo. I had an issue with my headlights so because they were old and cracked, I bought new full assembled headlights, with all new bulbs and ballast. After installing we checked all the functions, and everything worked great. However, they next time I went to drive the call both high and low beams would not work. I have checked and replaced fuses, relays and the control switch inside the car, still no high and low beams. Turn signals work, and driving lights work. I don't know what else could be the issue. Any thoughts

Hi, you will have to check for power and ground to see which one is missing at the socket of the bulb

So what caused those wires to be bare at the bulb? Was there a short that blew the body control module or did a shorted body control module cause that? I also imagine that the wires at the bulb connector had to be repaired. Thank you for the video.
