You should look into your CAD mesh export settings, by turning them up you can get your 3D prints to be less segmented. Great video though!

Just make the miniature ( aircraft, bus, ) more bigger up to 1:5 scale than only the explosion 💥 and throwing flames suit with the miniature objects. Never create an explosion scene or water splash scene with small scale miniatures bcoz flames and water not possible to be reduce it scale to match with too small size object... Hollywood movies experienced since 1987... Smaller scale size miniature objects only suitable for wide angle shot scenery scene, bird eye view scene, farther distance shot. If there are any explosion, water splash, flying dust or debris, miniature should be bigger to match with the explosion or water splashes. For example 1:2, 1:5 scale . Twice smaller than actual full scale object or maximum 5 times smaller than actual 1:1 real size.. You can watch videos in Pierce Production about miniature used in real Hollywood behind the scene Making a miniature is an enjoyable stuff but to match it with scene involved with explosion, crashes, water waves or splash, the miniature need to be made of crushable material, thin aluminum sheet for vehicle body for realistic crash hit impact, sand mix with little cement for making building wall or floor for realistic building destruction, and any light material to IMITATE the real actual size object, vehicle, building, bridge etc. Miniature building for movie is a very challenging and tough job but once the camera roll and action, the SPFX special effects is amazing and realistic. You can't simply use any available and existed vehicle model for shots bcoz it will not work well with the EFFECT you wanna achieve, dented, broken, flying debris, burning objects unless it is a SPECIAL MADE MINIATURE with the brittle type kind material for achieving destruction effect. There's different between a ready made model and made to destruct miniature. Keep up your good work. UNLEASH the CREATIVITY in miniature modelling aspects and always go for larger scale size 1:2/1:5 for scene including an explosion, crash, rubbles, debris, smokes, water waves , water drops and water splashes ☑️👌🏻🤗
