Hi! Thanks for the OrderFlowers application overview! Loved to see the capabilities of connecting Outsystems to Lex. There are however quiet a few gaps in how to implement the solution because the video doesn't disclose all steps. Would it be possible to do a more in-depth tutorial on how to you created the Bot? Personaly i´m interested in the BookingBot but no matter what in-depth Outsystems - Lex blueprint Bot you´d use, I think it could really benefit people using Outsystems and AWS LEX to start creating their own chat bots on Outsystems powered application. Thanks and Keep up the great work!

Hi, I am getting 403 forbidden error on sending message. What needs to be done here? Please help

Andrew here...403 is a status code that usually indicates that the server is refusing you access to the resource you're requesting, possibly because the identity with which you are authenticating does not have sufficient rights/permissions. The following article might be helpful in troubleshooting, since it's likely the permissions on the Amazon Lex side are not correct. docs.aws.amazon.com/lex/latest/dg/security_iam_troubleshoot.html
