hey, this didnt work for me when i load the page the video doesn't load, if i look in my network tab its shows the request as cancelled, any ideas whats going on?

Its more than likely the public private permissions between cloud front and your bucket. Without having more context unfortunately its hard to say. Apologies for not being able to help
