The presenter did a good job walking you through the setup. Thank you for the walk-through. This said, the setup is rather convoluted.Microsoft could most certainly make an improvement by simplifying the setup. As a software developer, you want to focus on the development. The rest is a peripheral complexity.

I don't have the .publish file after creating a new Teams app by following these steps, could you help a bit? Thanks. Also, seems like Microsoft Teams Toolkit updated the creation process since from the first step, there is no more "Add capabilities" like your screen at 2:22, so that after I created a Bot and clicked the Finish button where at your 3:19, I only have .vscode, appPackage under my project folder. Please update some content for those parts, thank you so much.

Seems to be called just "Team Toolkit" now. Searching for "Microsoft Teams Toolkit" will not find it

As with most MS bloat/crap..it takes longer to setup the accounts, permissions and dependencies than it does to write the bot.
