you could probably set up an if statement to check if the first name is empty to make sure you get the contacts name in the chatGPT prompt

Hi Ray, thank you so much for this video! So much value. I really like the idea of not using Zapier. I'm a new GHL user and for some reason, I cannot remember how and where I put my ChatGPT API into GHL. Do you know where this setup is? If so, will using our own ChatGPT API waive the fee of us using the ChatGPT feature in GHL?

You will need to adjust your prompt for such a small reply. Instruct chatgpt to respond to every request with your objective.

Hey Ray, great video. One problem I'm having is after I set up the prompt and workflow and ready to test. My message is unsuccessful because I don't have a "message.body" or "message.body is required" I go to my custom values and add a message body but it still doesn't work! Do you think you could give me some advice on how I might be able to fix this issue, it is really grinding my gears! thank you.

You don't adda custom field you use the message body from the user depending on what channel they communicate with you.

Great question. When using chatgpt thew problem is you only get the response to the initial prompt. It does not understand a converdation so yes it would start again. You should look into using conversation ai instead. Thanks for watching.
