Oaksworn shield or whatever it is called grants 50 spirit, 43% block chance and doesn't require any strength. Which might allow blink in weapon set 1. Giving you even more mobility and defense as in escape

but overalblock chan which he said to get 40+ haven't seen a single shield which went beyond 40...it has stats 60-70% increased block chance but above still it says block chance 40% so is that a good shield?? but yea i think good shield option coz of spirit+energy shield+chaos resistance on top of all

Theory - If you want to go for pure def / survi only without res take Alkem Eira shield with mind over matter it recovers mana = "proxy" life on block. Plus uniq jewell that allow you alocate passives in radius of glancing blows for more block chance. It will grant +27% and movement speed after block. It will cost only "few" divines to test it ;)

he mentioned that in his last video, it's because call of the brotherhood conversion is calculated first and therefore archmage lightning damage doesn't get scaled by passive tree

How to you get that much mana recovery? i have a similar tree and 2700 mana but im barely a 450 mana recovery per second

It’s a support skill gem it may not show up in recommended make sure you toggle off recommended and search for the gem using the search bar.

after finishing the video i see you use blink on second weapon XD hehe BTW there a little glitch with blink you can switch to you secondary weapon hold space then attack to go back to ur primaty while holding space so you can keep blinking on ur main weapon

Hi Lexyu - do you think that the Lightning Conduit single target may be nerfed at some point? The clear doesn't look too absurd relative to other builds with decent investment, but I suspect the boss 1 shots (especially at lower gear levels) feel a tad overtuned which makes me a bit worried about speccing into it. Boss one-shot builds have existed before in PoE1, but it might get toned down a bit.

@@Lexyu Yeah they definitely exist in PoE1, they seem to have a very different mindset in terms of what they're comfortable with balance-wise for PoE2 though which is where my concerns stem from. Hopefully it remains strong regardless of any potential changes!

Yep tbh i don't like a tiny bit were this is going (nothing against you) but so far it does look like that the only way to have some kind of decent defense is go around (despite whatever class) with a shield..and i should use a shield...on a mage yep nice belance there🤣
