Since Shirking Heals got nerfed again and is on a 10 Second CD now, would you consider to use other Perks? Like Elemental Aversion with S4 being around, or any other defensive option? I mean we have some good and valid Options, such as Grit Ward, Enchanted Ward, Conditioning, even Health i would consider solid as of now. Any input? =)

Hey broooo! To be honest I need a lil bit more time to see how viable this is. So far I can say I agree with the nerf. Perhaps though I would make it like 7sec instead of 10. I need to PVP a lil bit more before I can see if there are any other "better" alternatives. If anyone though has observed perks that work better, pls do share!

@@AlexandrosNewWorld thank you for answer! In my server is lots of fire and poison and bleed and all kind of DoTs. And like 90% play range. I noticed you don’t have that much element resistance. Is your server different? Do you feel like you miss resistance sometime?

I think more or less, according to statistics, each server will have the same percentage of players playing bow/sns/fs etc. What I do is that I change my playstyle depending on how many mages I see. If I see more melee, I can switch to GS. If I see a lot of mages, then I play SnS so that I can block projectiles. Each weapon servers a different part during the battle! : D@@GrandLapika

I know that critical damage decreases by 40%,while the artifact armor only increases defenses by 200/300

Well I think it's an excellent idea! Okay, following your logic, we need to take into account: 1) the number of hits per minute 2) the frequency of critical hits 3) which weapons' critical damage is reduced (for example WH only has 15% extra crit dmg, thus helmet not useful) 4) setup of the wearer (light/med/heavy) 5) how often we are getting hit from weapons with a high crit modifier. Need to check my vids and see if and how much crit hit for. I think your idea actually makes a lot of sense. Without any data, I would assume this would work best on light/med builds. Hi bro! Thank you for your comment! Regarding Thrust conditioning, I think that Slash and Thrust conditioning are the most important, and I would go for either of them. Even if you split them 2/3 or whatever, imo it's still worth it. Regarding Chest Artifact, I heard the same, but lately I have not been playing cuz of IRL stuff so I haven't checked the numbers. Regarding Blood Drinker :(((( 45 runs and no drop. AMAZOOOOOON HELP! For next season, I am between Blood Drinker, Ankh, and the new Earring that I cannot recall the name. But ofc, we will need to run tests on all of them and decide which is better for our playstyle. I am waiting for all your opinions!

Thank you bro! Greatsword was taken from Marketplace for like 500g looool. Trenchant Recovery IS A MUST. Lifestealing can be switched with Plagued Strikes too. Personally, I use Plagued Strikes on Wars, since my job is to clear point, and not deal dmg. The most important tip I can give is positioning. Record yourself during fights and think: "What can the enemy do to hurt me the most"? How can I respond to that? :D The idea is to ANTICIPATE the enemy's move and counter it.

Why you use Grit Ward (-3%) and not Enchanted Ward (-4%)? That would bring more deff and without that effects of grit or not? What for 3 Perks on the Armor would BIS for you 😁

Hahaha the short answer is: I am poor, that's why. I don't do PVE and I don't usually have over 50k gold at any time. As things are atm, I would be inclined towards Ench Ward, Slash or Thrust Conditioning, Shirking Heals. We are always talking about a SNS/GS tank ofc, with identical setup as mine. However in s4 we might need to think of new builds!

wow, interesting.. no ele gem protection.. in a super ele heavy damage meta atm.. i guess the other stuff makes up for it, and u r blocking alotta attacks, and u have high fire protection(which is prolly the ele damage that wud get u killed most often) . the only thing i dont like, when playing this build, is the many multiple range atm, hitting very hard, and usually very spread out, so u dont have em on u, and/or in a clump etc.. and like races r almost always with so much ranged shooting at u.. how do u have fun with it? thats when i usualy change to abyss/FS monkey build lol

Greatsword helps a lot with tanking! Charging heavy attacks helps a lot to block attacks! In the last 2 wars that I played, I died 0 and 3 times. In the war that I died 3 times, the first time I died was AFTER we had taken all 3 points! Holding up a shield during clamp wont help at all. This is where you need the greatsword. Will make a clip during War, to show you what I do!

SH has always been good, for those looking to solo pvp and have self sustain.. its just the bugged anhk n tumblers etc, at launch, made SH a huge whole deal.. even now, sum still say SH is "cheating/cheesy". even tho there r so many more "broken" op things n tech/bigs/exploits in the game. SH gains value for skilled players also. but sometimes u r just better off going damage mitigation/increase or wep perks on those slots.. but i still use SH and everything that still lets me play solo, and 1vx, if im good/better

I don't think Health is worth based on my calculations mate. At least not for my tank build. I really do not see any data showing that Health is good for general PVP. :/ But ofc, that doesn't mean that you can't use it!

We get 12,5% extra HP and we waste 5 perks for this. 12,5% extra HP is around 2,4 HP on a person with 20k HP. With 5 Shirking Heal I get 4,5k HP per dodge. Many people jumped on Health perk after some "experts" recommended it. Imo, everyone should do their own research, record their fights, analyse the data, and conclude accordingly. @@davc8938

Well bro, I am not a know-it-all guy. Just like you, I am only trying to improve my game. Personally, I do not feel my playstyle benefits from Health. On the contrary, Shirking Fort is an interesting choice, ASSUMING you have stamina AND dodge successfully. I will need to watch my recording and check whether or not shirking fort can work! Now with S4, we can see some amazing new opportunities! @@davc8938
