Please make a lecture on how to train our own machine learning model based on a CSV data (classification), run it on the Huggingface/AWS-cloud, and integrate it with the LLMs. I have an Idea of creating an alerting system in which the driver should be alerted if he is approaching to an accident-prone area (based on the prediction of the model and the live location of the driver). I think many APIs should be integrated, such as Google Maps for providing live stream of data and the road conditions, the Fast API/Flask, and many more that you know better. Thank you Krish!

If you know how Classification Models work( Good Ones, like Boosting Algorithms & Multilayer Perceptrons - Not Logistic Regression which is not usable in the real world), then - 1. Search machine learning end to end project - Krish Naik 2. Follow the playlist, Setup your project, do EDA, Data Transformation, Feature Engineering & Train your models on your own data - Evaluate - Improve - Do hyperparameter Tuning 3. By looking at your notebooks, create a separate modular python application, setup logs, utils, exceptions, configs - create prediction & training pipelines along with other components 4. Create a Flask/FastApi application & create your API Endpoints with functions 5. Deploy it in cloud providers using Docker & Github Actions If it is working fine - then in the same FastApi project, you can use Langchain or something else to create a prediction pipeline Then for Deployment you need to create mobile application using Flutter or something else so that you can interact with the api and actually send Notification to the users. In web applications sending notifications are nightmare And if you don't know these, PLEASE DON'T EXPECT TO BUILD SUCH A GOOD PROJECT BY WATCHING SOME KZbin TUTORIAL Learn Machine learning Theoretically otherwise you can't even do Hyperparameter Tuning properly

I'm not satisfied with its performance, especially when running Ollama or Hugging face LLMs, which performs very poorly. Would you recommend switching to a MacBook Pro series? Do you think a Mac would run more smoothly? I'm considering purchasing one and would appreciate your valuable suggestions.
