Bolt would be better if I re wrote snippets of code not entire files at a time lol

I have been playing around with bolt.new for a couple of weeks. Quite awesome. The problem is there doesn't seem to be anyway to connect to a pinecone db. Other databases yes, pinecone doesn't work at all. If anyone has gotten bolt working with pinecone, i'd love to hear how you did it.

What's the big difference between Bolt and Cursor? Is one generally better than the other or are there specific use cases where to use one rather than the other?
@Itssssss_Jack2 ай бұрын
Yo yo James! Bolt: Simple and quick for basic projects, good with Next.js, but less stable. Better for MVPs and prototypes. Cursor: More powerful and customisable, better file handling and debugging. Steeper learning curve but more capable for complex work. Pick Bolt for quick demos, Cursor for serious development.

So many questions as I'm newb af. I really dig your whole energy and out of the box thinking man! What have u seen or what would u do if it were u to just try and generate like 10-20k mo the simplest way just to kinda get going so I can free up your finances so u can focus on building without the rat race on your mind 24/7 lol?
@Itssssss_Jack2 ай бұрын
Thanks bro! Shift your focus from trying to make money to both A) becoming as valuable as humanly possible, and B) building a killer skillset. This is why I made my skool community.
@tym55832 ай бұрын
@Itssssss_Jack for sure I hear that I have crushing financial worries and taking care of my elderly mom which ties into those. That's why I was saying like something to free up my finances so I could make that mind shift much easier I know ai is allowing people to get ahead like they haven't before and u spoke of everyone making 40k plus at least so juts wondwring if it were u starting out what you'd do. Maybe osne thing that u enjoy and know is proven as far a revenue But either way I'm gunna keep Wathcing thank you!

@@Sagi56668the platform is free, but API can get expensive if you're using good models. The Gemini API is free and pretty good so you can definitely make valuable systems for clients for totally free with this and it's better than bolt new in my opinion
