7:54 Aww "money shot" not in the big ring? Love how the workshop has multiple brands of tools, there's Pro/Shimano, Park Tool, even a Draper spirit level... Wish there was some crow's foot + torque wrench combined action on those 8 mm hydro lines though.

Why have such a negative stem but then have such a big spacer under it?

The pro stem comes as standard with that degree of drop. So either keep the spacers or change the stem. Too nice a stem to not use it I guess? (Not my ride)

Just a word of caution. While that paintwork is very beautiful it's horrifically fragile. Mine got chipped by the chain touching it when I removed the rear wheel.
