[BUILD NERFED] The BEST Build for Softcore Path of Exile 2? Vine Arrow [2mil+ DPS, 10mil+ endgame]

BUILD HAS BEEN NERFED. The good news is that we likely won't see a patch for the next 2 weeks so I already know the next tech I plan to employ will be safe for at least that long. Who likes loud sounds? I'm currently on a level 19 skill gem and a 240 widowhail. The next 4 gem levels give me another 8 million dps. There are a lot of "best build" videos out there, but most of them do shit damage and have to press multiple buttons for clearing. While this build only leverages intended and simple mechanics directly implemented from Grinding Gear Games, I believe it is able to closely emulate the PoE 1 playstyle and damage we are more used to. TO BE CLEAR, this is not the best character. I've built the concept like a pauper so far cuz poor. But the offensive scaling of this skill and core construction feels unreal for the SC Trade environment. There are probably some absolute monsters out there with good gear and maybe some more innovative setups to push it further - so share pls I want to steal.

Yeah you take one look at this skill's scaling with levels and it's a very obvious mistake, the scaling at higher levels is incredibly wrong. If anyone looks at the graph of damage scaling it has on poe2db and thinks "yep that looks intended" they're insane

Day after you spend 2000 exalts Patch notes: Vine arrow was overperforming a bit as you scaled the gem levels, so we adjusted the scaling. -1,000,000% scaling, level 40 Vine arrow now does 5 dps.

They very rarely nerf multi mirror builds though. This only works if you can get crazy high gem levels which is pretty much locked behind crazy expensive gear. They nerf things that a huge amount of the player base has access to, this is not at all that

Would honestly be surprised if it lasts until Monday, very clearly a numerical oversight in how it scales. It has more than 50x the damage of the next most damaging skill at those gem levels (which has a very long cast time). You get a 1000x multiplier going from level 20 to 40 LOL. Most skills it's like 5-10x, so, yeah... someone put an extra zero somewhere they shouldn't have. But no, clearly intended and just using "generic scaling mechanics."
