Very nice! 👍 In no way, shape or form am I criticizing the builder, but the only thing that I would do differently if I were build one for myself is, to use brand new Terracotta tiles on the inside without having to use broken bits and pieces of tiles cemented together and exposing the cement. I know this is made on a budget by using gravel/stones but I rather have a nice smooth interior which makes it much easier for to clean up and it avoids the Pizza/Bread dough from sticking. The way I look at it is, whomever is going to build this oven, you put all that time and effort into it, do it right the first time. Thank you for the Great 👍 video GJC

Doing it right also means NOT using cement! Anyone building this is gonna be pissed when it crumbles after a few fires.

Quedó muy lindo el hornito, y usando piedras recicladas, pero faltó una base que podría ser de escombros, etc, reciclando también, para no tener que agacharse para cocinar. La base es muy importante, hay que cuidar las rodillas, espalda, son feos los dolores, etc.

In a pioneer account from early America, they would take a wooden barrel that was no longer useful and cut it in half and set in on the ground or a pedestal, and pack the outside with river clay then the children were encouraged to put pebbles in the clay much like your rocks.
