I managed to get provocation up to 90ish starting with a paragon Great hart, provoking it onto progressively larger creatures around haven, then I got to 115 provoking 2 paragon zombies onto each other in the old town, which was super easy. probably could have started out finding 2 paragon creatures in the woods, they just keep healing and you prov them every few seconds.

The red healers around champ spawns like ice west work well for the Provo quest. I just bought one rabbit at a time and gated to the champ.

Unless something was recently changed you can use all of the bunnies on the same healer.

Ok I read somewhere (I think UO guide) that you could only use the healer once, so if that’s no longer the case, that is important good to know information, thank you!
