I love John, and I hope this channel is benefitting his wife and boys rather than some media guy. That being said, not everything needs to be cropped into a short.

Camera angle sucks.... Barbell works just as well. Too many people forget about their forearms.

Wrist tendonitis for a year...training is terrible tried everything...any help from anyone on how to get rid of this shit. Rest done it all... 😢

I suffered from elbow tendinitis for some 18 months a few years back. Rest just for a few days worked only short term, and it came back as soon as I resumed working on my normal routine. Subsequently I did 3 things - (1) reduced load, frequency and/or volume and stopped most exercises short of total failure, (2) reduced body-wide systemic inflammation by eating better (more healthy plant food, less junk, less alcohol), slept more towards at least 7 hours, and (3) included some cardio to my routine vs 100% lifting. I got the elbow tendinitis disappeared permanently after about several months of my new lifestyle. No guarantee it will work for you, but good luck!

@@ryanwebber485 Just make sure it’s indeed tendonitis and not something more serious like grout, or rheumatoid arthritis attacking your joints. Your doctor can help you on this one. I’d say if you are up to it, deliberate cold exposure (cold plunge, cold shower in Winter) could also help tame inflammation. Being at an old age (I’m at the wrong side of mid 50’s), it usually takes me a combination of changes to get better. Good luck!
