Just got an E-mail this week from Agora that they have shipped packs 2 and 3 to me. The engine detail on this looks to be about the best I've seen outside of maybe the F40 you're building. I think this will be the first partwork engine I won't feel the need to paint or detail.

Looks good Wayne. You're a pack ahead of me. They just shipped me pack 2. I'm also waiting on stage 4 from pack 1 as it was missing when I originally received pack 1. They sent me replacement, but sent stage 7 instead of stage 4. So contacted them again and they promise they'll send me correct stage 4. So far still impressed with support from Agora and Fanhome, so I'll continue all the builds and look forward to more in the future.

OMG! I would be real scared of doing the first part in this video, as the tiny mesh filter tops must be super delicate!

Great to see a car again instead of plane or ship. Plus, what a great car, just like the one destroyed at the start of the Italian Job I believe. I must go and listen to some Matt Monroe again 😀

The level of detail on that engine is so high, you almost expect it to actually run.

Wow Wayne. How nice does that engine look??!! Shame it gets hidden away in the car. Piece of art.

I wonder if they would consider selling just the engine , along with the spagetti exhaust these had - as a separate kit , on a nice stand ? I'd buy that !

There is a mistake for one of the gas pipes. One goes outside, but the other goes inside and not outside according to Agora. And it’s like that on the real Miura. 😉

nice editing , not showing that he heads / carbs were wrong way around first go at 5.36 - the carbs finished up pointing up and parallel , they weren't like that when you first attached the heads.......and please , please at least try to lean a little about what's what on an engine......the clutch `master' cylinder is at the pedal end of the system , what you fitted to the engine was the `slave' cylinder
@WorldofWayneUK2 жыл бұрын
Lol. Good spot and you are lucky I managed to get the word clutch in there. I honestly have no idea with some of these car parts. Saying that I should have known about the slave cylinder as I had to change one on my old Ford Fiesta

Wayne: I just watched this and like the videos and model. I immediately noticed the slight of hand on the rear bank of Webers being in the wrong (front engine) configuration from 5:18, then swiftly changing by 5:36... but that's only because I have a lot of 1:1 Miura experience going back to 1986.
