I would add A fourth ingredient to the "three ingredients"; connection. Even introverts need SOME form of connection - a balance (everyone defines thisbuniquely) of solititude, down time, introspection and rejuvenation, and human contact. Human contact by our OWN definition! That could mean everything from a one on one conversation, sitting next to someone we relate well with in class or on a park bench, having lunch with a friend and anything else on cars the scale, all the way up to being at a big crowded party. Theresa lot of options between those bro ends of the spectrum, but the point is, humans were not designed to live in total isolation (no human contact).

Happiness is the evidence and free combination to pursuit the enjoyment doing a nutreul living for a great fulfillment and it is a direction and more meaning and enjoyment with the steategie of life and the parallele and opening a complex of the human life.I enjoyed meeting with you and talking with you at Harvard Business School as I got an A+ in your class.Thanks for delivering this thoughts and Happy Holiday !

Sorry ..I agree about everything until politics. Honestly if you take Trump out of the equation I would still. I do not believe we should acquiesce in any way shape or form to the lies and the divisiveness of MAGA and Trump. We need to fight them . This is not normal or historical Republican/ Democrat divide. Trump is a fascist. You don't play nice with fascist.
