I came across Arthur today in a video called “happiness support” and I have already watched hours of his interviews and videos. So enlightening, so eloquent, so concise and wow!

Immensely insightful. This presentation gives you one of the keys to having a meaningful life and it's no surprise that it's tied to faith and respecting and loving your friends and family more than work or things. Many, many, many conversations on KZbin on what's wrong with me and many comments and very few focus or even mention God. 1,000 comments around and around. Seek ye first the Kingdom of God...

I believe what gets underestimated in the discourse of happiness is making peace with your environment and life situation. Our western culture has this incessant need for achievement seemingly endless need to achieve. Having dealt significantly with the culture in another country (Jamaica) they provide a contradiction to our methodology. The people there are strikingly happy and also strikingly poor. But they have made their peace with their poverty. They have nothing and don't care. The capstone of that is that they have one of the lowest suicide rates of all the earth. The USA is one of the highest. What is that? Again our driven nature to achieve. I believe it is for the most part our undoing.

First time to listen to this man…. 😏🤔happiness is shallow. Joy has more depth. When you are at peace with yourself & look at God as your ultimate source of joy. Not science but proven & tested. ❤

Dalai Lama already explained this theory a long time ago. Dalai Lama is the happiest man on planet.

The science info was legitimate and well presented! (But attempting to connect true science to the mythical/mystical/deity/religious garbage was disappointing.)
