100%. Tyson was a gifted boxer, he had the gift of speed and power but it was D’Amato’s peek a boo style that made him so effective. When he lost Rooney that style went out the window and he became a more straightforward fighter, still great but not what he was and no other trainer was any use if they didn’t know the style.

I'm a big Tyson fan but holyfield always had tyson's number Holyfield would win 9/10 times and before anyone says tyson in his prime 86 - 89 would beat anyone tbh he probably would but we all fort he would beat Holyfield, Douglas but when anyone he fort stood up to him and didn't go down soon as tyson hit them or was scared of him tyson didn't know what to do cause he was so use to knocking everyone out he never had no plan b plus tysons whole style was based on forward forward forward he couldn't ever fight going backwards.
