Trinidad (the black team) is mainly playing zone, cutting off the ball side and center of the pitch.
Since Trinidad has all their players in the middle, Canada (the red team) has intelligently positioned players at the very edges. Increasing Trinidads work rate and making the ball do the work.

@@WaJewJee as a defender I would've probably keep an eye on the attackers. You can see they were just walking to the ball instead of actually defending the players. It's really easy to outplay someone so when you only have like 4 people in the back you shouldn't only give pressure but also block the ball path to the others.

@Njx063 You are right. However, I think it's difficult to understand the reason why TNT is playing zone/man to man with the video provided. TNT is not the fittest team. Canada is also stretching the field making spaces in their defensive structure. Minus the laziness. Let's say you're playing against someone who is twice as fit as you. How would you defend? Stick to them like glue? Have you played a zonal structure before?
