Hello, thanks so much for a brilliant video! I have followed all the steps and I am almost completely set up with this. I have one problem however. Once the customer sends in a ticket, it is created on our system, we send a response and the customer receives it. If the customer responds to the email they receive from us regarding their request, how do I set this to appear in the conversation flow (when you click the blue speech bubble)? Please let me know Thanks

Hey! To get incoming emails to appear in the conversation bubble you can set up the Gmail/ Outlook integration "When an email from this email column is received, add it as an update". You could also Use the monday.com native app Emails & Activities which automatically track all in and outgoing emails.
