Please dont take this the wromg way, but I'm glad as far as workout vids that you dont post a new one every week, it kind makes it feel like your a more realistic person in the sense of sticking to a plan for more then a sec to get actual results 😊not 26-52 new workout vids a year..then people wonder why they cant acheive goals ☹ thanks agaim great to see you 🤗

Not taking it the wrong way at all, I get what you mean! 4-5 week programming and giving your body time to respond is what I recommend always for progressive overload💪 But more workout vids doesn’t mean anything against this! I definitely can post wayyy more🫣 lol bc I definitely be doing more than 1 leg or upper body day a month 😂 1-2 workouts or videos a week is the goal. I post my own training, but I also share workouts i’ve written just for others to do. Everyone is at a different point in their journey, has a different split, time allocated to training, recovery process, goals, etc. so posting a variety of workouts allows me to help more people!💪 I made this channel to share my training journey but to also help others as a coach, so a good mix is what I hope to continue to post more of😁 Thanks girl for the support always🤍

Firstly, I realize this video is a year old but I am getting back into my workout journey and I needed direction on a good workout regimen for my new split and I am obsessed with this! I will try these and modify for my not so strong legs! I am also obsessed with the fact that your name is Hunter! Beautiful name :)

Thank you for always saying WHERE to “feel the burn”(stretch). For soooo many years I would go thru the motion but not feel the stretch where I’m supposed to. So much wasted time n not a lot to show for it. Yr videos are always informative and great workouts! Thanks for taking time to put on KZbin because that’s my only source of social media exercising videos. 🤍

Just a good lower body warm up of some dynamic stretches will do. Do a couple warm up sets also before jumping right into your working set weight for the hip thrusts and you’ll be good!💪 & yes it does🍑

That really depends on what you’re doing while training, but generally 2-3 days a week for most women gets the job done. But you can make 1 day or more than 3 days even work, all depends💪
