It's just a raspberry pi zero they cost around £5 plus £10 for memory and gpio port. This seems quite expensive considering raspberry pi's are a charity

For those of you who are more advanced but still want to do this you can flash raspbian os onto the SD card using Rufus or Etcher or your preferred flashing software prior to putting the SD card in the Pi

Actually Kano is the brand name of the kit, the circuit board is called a Raspberry pi. It is an easy to program computer that can play many retro games.
