When GoPowerSports told us they were coming out with their fully customizable, built in the USA Rascal Minibike kit we knew we had to get our hands on one to be a companion to our Lil' Rascal Minibike. The kit comes with everything you need to make a personalized rolling chassis at a great price, ready for any engine of your choosing! We put the 18hp Tillotson 225 from the Lil' Rascal onto the Rascal since the bigger frame is better suited for the power (We'll put a stage 1 predator on the Lil' Rascal) . It was nice working with all new parts and frame for once making it a stress-free and quick build. Next up we'll install the front suspension kit and test it out offroad!

Just an idea for a little project/experiment. Two or three inches back the handle bars make it pivot up and down and then cut the back frame supports off and fit shocks to the front and back. Think it would be awesome to try😁

Is the exhaust pipe using the support bracket? I have the same stage 3 style with that little muffler from g.p.s. Can’t figure out how to even use the bracket, but it feels solid without it and I don’t off-road

The handle bars where you grip with the hand maybe make more ergonomic for more natural comfort similar to a " Dennis Hopper " chopper 15 - 25 ° angle ??

This thing is awesome. You guys really should swap the full manual clutch. That engine would probably like having direct drive. With no clutch or belt slip you'll get to feel all the low-end torque that hot cam is making. If it's really making 18Hp that thing will pull like a freaking tractor. Have you guys thought about running better fuel. Something like Purple 116, or Blenzol? Hell even some proper alcohol. I had built a hot Briggs on alcohol. That little sucker was straight nutty. But now there's OHV engines and Hemi's and OHC engines. These modern engines are freaking Death! Thats why we all have to have one or some of them.

Not sure about why it is that thin but it is almost identical to the axles on other production minibikes such as the monster moto so I don't think it will be an issue
