Just a heads up on the pump, if the barb on the one you have is cut you can't use it with those collars. I had that exact issue where the old owner cut the barb on both 450s when they installed them (as you're supposed to) and both barbs are required for the collar

Just saw the part where you compared them side by side. It is indeed cut and the DW pump only has 1 barb as well so those will not work. The collar has a clip that goes between the two barbs that goes between the collars

13:16 I suggest that you purchase a bunch and multiple sizes of stainless steel zip ties!! I wouldn’t trust those plastic zip ties to hold up for a long time and or a lifetime (if you never change anything) that way if that’s how the car stays then NOTHING will ever happen with those zip ties!! Anything that you want to stay for good or atleast a long time that is exposed to the elements should be stainless! You’ll never use plastic again when used like I mentioned above and you can thank me later!! Hopefully you see this. There’s also a tightening tool (sold separately) you’ll understand why I’m mentioning it once you start using them. Atleast for the kind that I have, there might be different styles but I’m not sure, I’ve only ever had 1 kind. Anyways I hope you see this and I hope you go buy some and see just how awesome and worry free they are when using them compared to plastic that melt and dry rot/crack and break.

I've drained the tank on my project car too many times to waste the fuel. Just attach a fuel filter to the bottom of a funnel with a chunk of fuel line and a few hose clamps and dump it into a clean bucket. That way it's filtered and you get to reuse the arm worth of fuel! LOVE the color by the way.

Check how much fuel pressure there is when u crank it. It should be 50+. If not, then run a wire from the pump to a fuse that only powers when key is in the on position. Once you do that, turn the key in the on position, wait a few seconds ( you’ll hear the pump) then start it.

Your build is very similar to mine, I went with the 2 450s off the start with the radium hanger. I removed the old return line and ran the 8an line through there. had to shorten the tank line 8 inchs. I used fic 2150cc injectors. both have 6266, but i have a 2 40mm wastegates. You should be around 800whp.

You need to have that tune adjusted boi!!! Shouldn’t be having that problem. If it starts up just fine on E85 then the 91 map needs some adjustment. If it was something with the engine of the car then it would start up weird with E85 too
