How can you Tattoo 10 hours, draw all night, draw all morning for 7 days a week and deliver good quality tattoos and drawings? as soon as i get less then 4-5 hours of sleep my concentration is fucked. It already starts when building my workspace. i forget where i put the scissor, i have to think about whats missing on the table, cant remember the bodypart etc. if i sleep 6-8 hours i dont even think about all that stuff, i know where my scissor is, i build up the workspace on autopilot and i also dont got to ask „left or right arm?“ like a dummy. if i now imagine sleeping only like 2-3 hours start drawing go tattoo for 10 hours come back home and start drawing my brain would explode. sometimes when I had a long day of tattooing and i start drawing after 1-2 hours my brain says „nope bro im out imma shut down“ and i get real bad headache. sometimes it gets so worse i feel nauseous and dizzy. dont get me wrong, i dont wanna say its impossible or something. but did you have the same struggles? and if yes, what did you do about it? or is it just me having these struggles? maybe its because of my adhd
