building a capacitor discharge box

this build is a capacitor discharge box, a reversible resistive load with range switch for 75V and 600V. it should limit current draw to less than 10mA and will illuminate an LED while the voltage is above 2.2V, no matter which way it is plugged in. this is a design I am testing out and not necessarily recommending yet, but it seems to work as expected.

notes:
- the 60k ohm side should dissipate up to 6 watts and is rated for 10
- the LEDs are rated for 20mA, not 15
