You all are doing it wrong. Start as the OC motivator at Ole Miss. The head coach has Archetype discount. Unlock recruiter and tactician for 0 coins. Then take Georgia OC as soon as possible to bundle discount everything else pick up the 2 nattys and 2 top 5 recruit while doing so. Then spend whatever you need to unlock CEO and go from there. YW

San Jose St. coach also has Archetype discount. I've tried to play through the Georgia OC 1st but there are too many variables to getting a coordinator job under the head coach with Archetype discount. Most of the time the coaches move on. I've not tried to cheese the season w/l for Ole Miss or San Jose St. to try that. UNC head coach also has bundle discount but usually retires early. I've had 2 out of countless tries where I've found a head coach with the Archetype discount after the 3 seasons at UGA. Both were rendered "new" coaches. So I'm guessing the wait on OC for UGA has way better odds than the other way.

If you're putting points into Program Builder skills to upgrade pipelines, you want to prioritize the skills that upgrade school pipelines, not your personal pipeline. The reason for that is pure numbers; you're upgrading numerous pipelines versus upgrading one pipeline.

@jardog this method is the way i have been doing this. If your goal is as good of a coach hers one tweak. Find a CPU coach tree that has what you want build him win two nattys and unlock the ceo share attribute asap, your coordinators will match your tree once you unlock this, build him exactly how you want. The retire and become his coordinator and never spend more than 3 points. I t gave me about 250 extra points to play with. I honestly don’t know where to spend it.

I like to start out in a small school in the mat and just build up schools every 7 years or so I would like to see if this works at a smaller school not just the biggest schools

Nah, it wont work at other schools, you got to get to UGA, the HC has CEO and bundle discount, so you can buy skills for cheaper. I actually have a new video coming out next week, its my final coach build. I cant be topped, unless they make changes to the game

Hi, bro! So which archetype do you think is better for getting that 99 ovr team? I found that having the offseason training in motivator with your all the 3 coaches, gives you lots of boosts to ovr. But in my last dynasty I'm experimenting with Architect. But I'm not sure, maybe I need Architect coordinators as well. And if I'm the only coach with the motivator offseason boosts, I think its not that big if a boost

Something I learned recently is when you're recruiting, you should recruit players that are 2nd-X until you are their first pick then offer them a scholarship. Gives you a chance of instant commit

So I tried the OC at Ole Miss with hopes of joining Georgia. The issue I had was that Georgia fired the HC before I could get there 😂😂 then I tried chasing him all over the country but the issue I found is when you get a OC/DC job offer the game doesn't tell you who the head coach is making the offer, just the school. So you have to create save points and take the job then if the coach isn't the ex Georgia coach you have to go back and try again later. Lol total pain!

I went with Ole Miss first and it took 3 years before Georgia fired their OC. Then I went over there and did my things. I'm having trouble finding an elite recruiter. I'm basically year 10 and haven't gotten 1. All my other things are pretty maxed out in Motivator. Few unlocked in Tactician. May start over and try it out again or may just go from here and try to rebuild a 1 star program. I still have a little over 100 coins left with a couple of pipeline program builder unlocked.

That's why I was hoping this Ole Miss trick would get me there by giving me the ability to buy the architypes for free and have enough coins to buy elite recruiter abilities with no discount or get the discount and buy other things.

If you wanted to recoup coins spent on bundle discount, take a job as a dc before taking your final HC spot. Great vid sir.

@@Himicane only if you want the points back for bundle discount. Taking a dc or oc job will give u those points back and when you get a HC job you get to choose if you want to open them again.

Also when just looking for jobs I suggest putting it on auto recruit and schedule your wins and sim to week 15.

not really, they only give you a boost if the target actually makes it the visit. most of the time im getting the commitment before their visit would happen. So it's not the best use of time When you have elite recruiter level 1, spending more hours does help though even if they dont go on a visit

Love the energy.. I've been running very similar coach builds. I've found better coordinator, even previous head coaches lvl 50. Week 1 coaches are not good, usually come from weak teams and starter coaches from smaller schools. I hire after the 1st round of playoffs, better coaches to pick from.. Note* always check your coordinators before National Championship for leveling up, my lvl 50 & 42 bounced 😂 and left me hiring.. Will follow..

@@borimex20 hard sell is the most influential action. Get to hard sell as soon as you can and then just add hours. Visit have a lot of influence if you play a rival otherwise it’s not too much and they have to visit the school to gain the influence

2 things that are absolutely DUMB about the staff hiring process...... nbr 1 they don't give you any option to retain your current staff (or at least offer them) when you take a new HC position. Nbr 2 you shouldn't have to see three groups of potential coaches in three different weeks, but see them all at once. It sucks if you pass up a good coach in bowl week 2 for the chance to get a better one in week 3 and then you get to week 3 and you don't find one and also cant go back and get the guy from week 2. They need to fix these two things or at the very least give options in the settings to toggle those abilities on and off. I know you can just use save points to get around this but that's an annoying approach and you end up with 50 save points to sift through LOL
