You can cheat the tree growth back to being fully grown if you shift click on it and then select growth stage. Im sure we wouldn’t care if you did that considering it is a plant glitch.

I wonder if you can have multiple selling tables actually going at once? They may need to take turns since it counts as an “event”. @Deligracy you should use a piggy bank mod, and keep it in your inventory. The bills increase based on the money in the vault as well. All bills are based on the total net worth of what is on the entire lot. Didn't know if you knew, just thought I'd try to help. Ravasheen has a cute one. Love this series so much, started it too.

I’m using Ravasheen’s piggy banks in my tiny town, too! Instead of rentals or roommates, I’ve kept the residents in one household so everyone has their own piggy bank 🙂

Deli the fastest way to to make your crystal tree perfect is to buy a golden egg, then prepare food with it and eat. Then your Sim can use a golden pulse that instantly improves the quality of plants.

A good tip is to use Jade Crystal to find crystals randomly in your lot so you don't have to always dig for them , and plant as many Crystal trees to get more Crystals this tip saved me money and is a quick method to making money.

Yes, we do want to keep stuff we make haha. I've made quite a few baby blankets for pregnant friends and after finishing them, I've wanted so badly to keep them that I've actually ended up remaking some before and I don't even have a baby haha. They end up being blankets for my cat 😅

I'm loving this series so much, and have been doing my own! As a twist, for every resident I move in, I'm creating a new one to replace them so the ones that move in will be a true lottery of which came up on the wheel. So far I've moved Cyprus & Opal in, and replacing them in the pool is Skylar Zen (yoga & herbalism) and Dexter Mecha (robotics & programming).

Yes, charged crystals sell for 25% more. I just tested this yesterday. Also fyi, have found a bug where if a Sim is wearing the charged jewelry and travels off lot, the jewelry will say it's drained when they return to their lot. It is not necessarily drained. Have your Sim remove it and check its status. It may still be charged. I just have my Sim put it back on. It's very annoying. I make two of everything for each Sim in my household, and they each get their own charging station. It's a whole production, and I really wish the charge lasted longer. A week maybe? Too much micro-managing in a household beyond one Sim. Deli, look for the Amber crystal. When the storms start up in Autumn again, Amber will be your friend. It is my hands down favorite!

I don't watch a lot of Sims LPs, but this one had me hooked from the beginning and I'm still looking forward to each episode (and rewatching old ones while I chill in Animal Crossing). You can add the "Reduce and Recycle" lot challenge and that gives you an empty trash option on the dumpsters. You go to a rabbit hole and take it to the dump.

I’ve been doing Tiny Town. Made my own sims for it, and I’m on my third sim (Francine Stem), and she won the freakin lottery! I couldn’t believe it. Ive never had a playable sim win the lottery. I could make everyone else’s houses with just her million bucks. I almost feel like I have to start the challenge over because the lottery money has made it too easy lmao. She’s furnished the club house all by herself.

I usually keep a few of the moon charging stations to keep my crystals organized. I will keep one pad with all the ones im keeping for my sim so i can just move the whole plate inside.

I think Opal's house is leaning a bit more Gothic than Storybook/Victorian. It's awfully dark. Perhaps adding a well and a little pond with a bridge as the front sidewalk would give it a little more whimsy? I also think her market table stall should be detached from her house. :)

For the crystal selling area, it could look really cool if you do a lattice awning with the tiny fence, and put some plants around/on it! Im imagining it would act like a walkway but could look really moody with some nice lighting, dark stone, and plants!

Love the community house addition! I went back and played Azure a bit more and she got into wellness, so I added a little workout basement with a yoga mat, a little tv, and a treadmill. I had to remove the computer bc I had townies using it all the time 😅. I just started Opal and doing yoga has helped her burnout really quick! So a win that we happened to add the community gym.

Oh, and I want to mention, that with the sales table, I would put in a half-wall in the room behind id and then put in a wall to close the room from the rest of the house. Then put in a door to access the room. After you do all that you can put the sales table up against the half wall. Make sure you put a small stair or platform for the customers to reach the table. You can also put up fairy lights and wall lights to make your 'mini-store' more noticeable. And if you want your charisma skill to go up, keep hitting the customers with the 'Sales Pitch'. It works wonders. Just an idea I wanted to share, and do you want to know a secret. I put the charging grid in a room with a hole in the roof. I usually put roof pieces around the edge of the room and leave a square of the room with a hole in it. Like you are putting in a skylight, but without the glass roof piece. Sure it might rain or snow in the room, but it will keep people from taking the gems--and it is a lot easier than going outside in the rain and snow.

16:29 Everyone always goes to the park for crystals but honestly, in my experience, you get way more crystal/mineral digspots in Mirage Canyon around Rattlesnake Juice and the little grilling area by the water, no matter what type of day. Also, you get more crystal/mineral digsites in Selvadorado around Puerto Llamante Marketplace (where the museum is at)

Sorry, I am not trying to spam your comments, but I just remembered if you put the crystal tree seed on the charging grid the seed will grow faster. You can make a whole orchard making seeds from the crystals from the parent tree.

You can have as many perks active as you want. My 1st gemology sim owned his own retail store. He charged everything then would mark it for sale and put it on the display tables. Whenever the store was open and he was in the store, he was getting ALL the buffs from everything we had currently charged. Didn't even require him to wear it.

The jewellery making station also works as storage by the way, so you can put all the crystals in there! When making a piece, it'll also take from there so cyrstals will still show up as free etc if you have them in there

In my game Beatrice passed away while i was working on Frank. :( I am suprised how easy it was to build a house with his skills! He is a very rich guy now. Also, when i was saerching for a cow plant...I have found two seed shaped gamestones, so it will be easier for Opal. You can find them by fishing in Oasis Spring!

I have only played Azure and she is very wealthy. I am having so much fun with her the townies love her too. I am moving on to Bea today or tomorrow. Because Azure is so wealthy she has built the Community Center it is similar to Deli's, but with yoga and meditation mats.

I'm actually building an art nouveau house for my floral arranging sim! I noticed that a lot of the art nouveau style furniture is kept under the art deco style tag, but most of it comes from just realm of magic anyway. But theres also a few high school years and vintage glamour things that can be useful

If you ever follow through on wanting to collect everything in the game, definitely make sure your collector Sim is a spellcaster with CopyPasto. For fossils and time capsules (and maybe for Simmi Capsules, but I haven't tried that one), once you have one, your spellcaster can copy it a gagillion times, and when you open them they'll have different things in them. It's the fastest way to complete a collection I know.

You can also get crystal seeds by fishing in the park in Oasis Springs. I found several fishing in the small fishing area towards the back of the lot where you can "catch" violins too.

If you find a bottle of golden milk at the market stall and drink it, it will temporarily give you the ability to upgrade your plants to perfect quality. You get the same result if you cook and eat golden eggs and toast. You might want to try this, because leveling up the tree with just fertilizer will take a long time.

I started to play the tiny town challenge too! I love it so much it. I used 2 colours for my sims and just randomly started with sims and aesthetics that came to my mind. I like this challenge, though I haven't tried yet. At the beginning it was a struggle because of needs, no bathroom, etc. Because of the club house, that isn't the struggle. It is a struggle for the bills! And that is just going to get worse . This is fun!

I'm just starting out the Super Sim challenge and I added collections to the original rules and it takes SO long. It definitely requires a lot of patience but it is good fun. And I can work around burn outs quite easily since I can switch from a mental skill to a creative one and still get some progress. I'm playing the Ultimate Decades challenge at the same time and it is really nice to be able to mix things up a bit, spending time with an always full household or a single Sim. Different storylines and ways to play which is the beauty of this game.

If you go fishing at the back of the Oasis Springs park you can get crystal seeds there. I got 3 there so I had a few trees fully grown by the time I was playing with Opal. You can also buy crystals & metals in the magic realm.

Love that Ziggys hair matches Alice now lol. I had Opal as my second sim and I had her make jewelry or cut a gemstone for each remaining sim. I kept it at one so it wasnt too overpowered. When I finished with Opal I also made her a spellcaster for funsies.

Roommates do bring their own lamps. Also they bring random tabletop decor like the collectible figurines and crystals. I've seen roommates bring the Mega Couple Of Books decoration in. Whenever they replace a lamp/decor with their own it puts the original item in your household inventory since the active household currently owns the lot and therefore are considered owner of the replaced items.

I believe that as far as fertilizing plants, it used to be the most expensive item, years ago. But they changed it to (only 2 choices) 1-49 Simoleans and then 50-upSimoleans. And obviously the 50 and up Simoleans is best...
